Aradığım bira listede yok, ne yapmalıyım?
Bira arama alanına adını yaz; katalog geniş ama eksikler olabilir. Bulamazsan bize e-posta ile bildir, katalogumuza ekleyelim.
Üye olmadan kullanabilir miyim?
Evet. Misafir olarak tüm check-in’lerini cihazında tutabilirsin. Arkadaş, mesaj ve “mekanda kim var” gibi sosyal özellikler için giriş gerekir. Sonradan giriş yaparsan verilerini hesabına taşımayı öneririz.

“Patron” ne demek?
Bir mekanda en çok farklı bira ve tür deneyen kişi o mekanın “Patron”udur. Puan = farklı bira × 10 + farklı tür × 25. Patron’luğu biri senden alırsa bildirim gelir.
Check-in’lerimi kimler görüyor?
Varsayılan olarak yalnızca arkadaşların. Ayarlar → Gizlilik’ten “Herkes” seçersen mekan sayfalarında herkese görünür.
Birini nasıl engellerim?
Kişinin profiline gir → sağ üstteki menüden “Engelle”. Engellediğin kişi sana mesaj atamaz; arkadaşlık bozulmaz.
Uygunsuz bir içerik gördüm.
İçeriği (girdiyi) aç → sağ üstteki bayrak simgesiyle bildir. Ekibimiz inceler.
Hesap
Bildirimler gelmiyor.
Telefon ayarlarından Pintmark için bildirim izninin açık olduğundan emin ol. Uygulama açıkken (ön planda) bildirim sistem çekmecesinde görünmeyebilir; arka plandayken gelir.
Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil. Bu işlem hesabını, check-in’lerini ve fotoğraflarını kalıcı olarak siler. Dilersen e-posta ile de talep edebilirsin.
Tap the center (+) button in the bottom bar. Pick a beer, rate it, optionally add a photo, notes and a venue, then tap “Save”.
The beer I want isn’t in the list.
Type its name in the search field; the catalog is large but may have gaps. If it’s missing, email us and we’ll add it.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. As a guest, all your check-ins stay on your device. Social features (friends, messages, “who’s here”) need sign-in. If you sign in later, we’ll offer to move your data to your account.

What is a “Patron”?
The person who has tried the most variety at a venue is its “Patron”. Score = distinct beers × 10 + distinct styles × 25. If someone takes your crown, you’ll get a notification.
Who can see my check-ins?
By default, only your friends. In Settings → Privacy you can choose “Everyone” to appear on venue pages publicly.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile → menu (top-right) → “Block”. A blocked person can’t message you; the friendship stays.
I saw inappropriate content.
Open the entry → tap the flag icon (top-right) to report it. Our team will review.
Account
I’m not getting notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Pintmark in your phone settings. While the app is open (foreground) a notification may not appear in the tray; it arrives when the app is backgrounded.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, check-ins and photos. You can also request it by email.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language. 8 languages supported.
